Shipping & Returns

- We ship domestically via USPS First Class Mail and USPS Priority Mail
- Orders are shipped within 48 hours after purchase, orders typically take 2-7 days to arrive

INTERNATIONAL & CANADA:
- International orders are shipped via USPS First Class International and USPS Priority International
- Overseas orders typically take 2-6 weeks to arrive, delays can occur if package is held at customs
- Unfortunately, we cannot track international orders and are therefore not responsible if your package is lost or stolen
- We are not responsible for any additional fees upon delivery
- There are no returns or exchanges on international orders at this time
- By purchasing from Spotted Moth the buyer agrees to these terms and conditions

Returns

We hope you love your purchase from Spotted Moth! If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer either an exchange or refund.

All returns/exchanges must be received within 30 days after the delivery date. We will only accept returns/exchanges within this time frame. The customer is responsible for all shipping & handling fees for returned items. Shipping and handling costs are non-refundable. We do not accept returns/exchanges on international orders.

Returns/exchanges are not accepted on sale items, art prints, earrings, hosiery or eyewear. Returns/exchanges must be in original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with original tags still attached. Items with packaging must have all parts included in the return.

1. Your order/invoice number
2. Description of item(s) to be returned/exchanged
3. Your reason for return/exchange
Note: Please specify if you would like to make a return or an exchange. If you would like an exchange, please include the item (description and size) you wish to exchange for.
 
Please allow 2-3 weeks for us to process your return or exchange.
